New:
-Block inspector refresh
New checkbox in "GeniusConnect config->Advanced Admin options" dialog.
Do not refresh (re-open) an inspector (Detail form) when item has been synchronized and is open in a detail screen.

-Use "Forward only" cursor
New checkbox in "GeniusConnect config->Advanced Admin options" dialog.
Use only forward cursor, will block usage of other cursor types


New Conversion:
-Convert exchange email address to SMTP format
Select column you want to convert and hit "Conversion" button


Fix:
-MS SQL Server only: wrong data lenght with varchar(MAX) and nvarchar(MAX)
