Clear primary key from Outlook items


Every Outlook item (Contact, Task etc..) which has been loaded from database or stored to database contains invisible custom-fields with information about Primary key. If you have tested your configuration with for example wrong definition of primary keys, you may want to remove the custom-fields from a folder.

To remove these GeniusConnect specific fields from items in a Folder:

·      Go to Database tab

·      Right Click the folder and select “Clear primary keys” menu item
Hold the SHIFT keyboard key and double click the folder
