Refund Policy


You have 30 calendar days to request your license refund from the date of purchase (Subscription start date). To be eligible for a refund, you must mail us your original license key email. Additional fees, services and products are nonrefundable (Payment Processing Fees, Backup CD, Backup CD shipping costs, Support services).

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
