If you are ordering from a country within the EU, you must enter your VAT identification number on the checkout page to avoid paying VAT.

Please read the License/function table before purchasing the license.
If you are using Outlook 2000, only Contacts are supported!

You can change the number of licenses during the order process.
Example: How to order 100 users license.
Click the Multi user 25 users license and change the license quantity to 4 (4X25).

After buying a license, the license key is sent to you via e-mail.

You can also order a Backup CD during the Order process.
The CD will be delivered to you by postal mail in a few days. This CD will be produced specifically for you (with License label). Your CD will be produced and mailed within 24 hours after payment has been received. Shipment by mail can take 5 to 10 business days within the EU and the USA and 10 to 25 business days to other countries/regions.

How to upgrade:
Owners of a GeniusConnect License for previous edition(s) can upgrade at a 50% discount off the retail cost of the latest release of the same license.

Owners of a GeniusConnect License for latest edition (4) can apply the cost of their original license purchase to a license of a higher level. Please email your original license info to info@geniusconnect.com.

It is not possible to upgrade without original license info!
